The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is Action and, at JKP, action has always been at the centre of what we do. For many years, we have published books and resources that support mental wellbeing, equipping professionals, parents, educators, and individuals with practical tools grounded in expertise and lived experience.
This year, we are focusing on burnout: what it looks like, how it affects different people, and the practical steps we can take to protect our wellbeing. Our featured titles explore burnout across workplace, personal, and neurodivergent experiences, recognising that mental health is never one-size-fits-all.
Our publishing aligns closely with the core themes of this year’s campaign:
-
Action for Yourself
Books and resources for individuals looking to move beyond burnout and take positive
steps towards recovery, balance, and self-understanding. -
Action for Someone Else
Resources that help parents, teachers, colleagues, and loved ones deepen their
understanding, build empathy, and better support those experiencing burnout. -
Action for All of Us
JKP has long used its platform to amplify lived experience, share expert knowledge, and champion more inclusive conversations around mental health. We always aim to make discussions about mental health open to all!
To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re offering 20% off all burnout-focused titles.
