- This Prize Draw is being organised by Jessica Kingsley Publishers (the ‘Publisher’), Carmelite House, 50 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0DZ.

- To enter the Prize Draw, please like the Instagram post announcing this prize draw, follow our Instagram account @jkpbooks and leave a comment or emoji in the comments of the post. Please do not include any sensitive personal data with your entry. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- The winner of the Prize Draw (the ‘Winner’) will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by Jessica Kingsley Publishers, whose decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Winner’s name will be published on the @JKPBooks Instagram on Monday 26th February 2024. The Winner’s name may also be published on the Publisher’s other social media accounts.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Publisher, their families, or to anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw either themselves or through their families.
- Entries may only be submitted between 5:30 pm GMT on Tuesday 20th February 2024 and 11.59 pm GMT on Sunday 25th February 2024. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates and any entries that do not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for entry to the Prize Draw.
- An entrant may only submit one entry. Further entries will not be counted. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.
- The Publisher is not responsible for contacting or responding to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
- The Publisher reserves the right to (i) cancel the Prize Draw; (ii) alter the details of the Prize and/or (iii) alter any other details of the Prize Draw without notice but the Publisher will try to avoid creating any undue disappointment. No cash alternative or other alternatives to the Prize will be provided.
- If the Winner is unable to accept their Prize or cannot be contacted, the Publisher reserves the right to select another entrant to receive the Prize.
- Any travel or accommodation expenses involved are not included in The Prize and will not be covered by The Publisher. Should the event be cancelled for any reason, efforts will be made to secure tickets to an alternative date of your choice if available. No monetary refund or compensation will be available.
- Any personal data submitted by entrants, including their names and email addresses (the ‘Information’), will be used by the Publisher (who is the Data Controller) for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including without limitation for the purpose of running the Prize Draw and arranging and/or delivering the Prize, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Publisher’s Privacy Notice which can be found here. The Information will be deleted within six months of delivery of the Prize. The Publisher will not share the Information with any third parties except for the purpose of arranging and/or delivering the Prize.
- By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
